You will be responsible for connecting with candidates and clients, assessing their needs and requirements, and effectively matching them to suitable opportunities. Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing and screening, including resume reviews and interviews
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Proactively identify job opportunities and connect with potential clients
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to identify and attract top talent
• Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to candidates and clients

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills

• Exposure to established Candidate and Client Databases with many workable Specs (You wonxe2x80x99t have to start your own Client Database from scratch).
