Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Client Relationship Building: Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing exceptional service.
• Job Posting: Create compelling job postings and advertise positions on relevant platforms.
• Candidate Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines, keeping detailed records of interactions and progress.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, reference checks, and documentation.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Enthusiasm for building relationships and helping people find their dream careers.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus but not essential.
