Job Description
Job Summary This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor with around 3 years of Industry experience to further develop their skills within a supportive and professional environment.
You will be involved in a variety of projects - gaining exposure to all aspects of cost consultancy, while working alongside experienced professionals.
Requirements:
- Private sector development experience. You will work on commercial and mixed-use developments.
- SACQSP registration (PrQS) is preferable.
- Elemental estimating.
- Construction cost management.
- Monthly progress and cost reports.
