We are partnering with a leading international renewable energy company to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor for their project site in Kathu, Northern Cape.This is a fantastic chance to be part of a global team working on impactful projects and contributing to a sustainable future.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Conduct site progress measurements for payment certifications.xc2xb7 Assist with the commercial assessment of contracts and the alignment of bills of quantities.xc2xb7 Maintain a comprehensive contract register, tracking correspondence, variations, risks, and final account details.xc2xb7 Assist in the successful implementation of the operating system throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:xc2xb7 B.Sc. QS (Hons)xc2xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of contract suites (FIDIC essential, NEC/GCC a bonus).xc2xb7 Understanding of EPC Contractors' scope, schedule, activities, and deliverables.xc2xb7 2+ years of experience of on-site QS activities on Construction Projects.xc2xb7 MS Office proficient.This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within the growing renewable energy sector.
