Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description
We're looking for a vibrant Junior Quantity Surveyor who's hungry to learn and ready to grow with an award-winning Construction team. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in Cost Planning, Tendering and Cost Control for Construction projects. Duties will also include conducting feasibility studies, site visits, preparing bills of quantities, and liaising with contractors and suppliers.
- Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 2-5 years' experience in Commercial/Retail Construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (non-negotiable)
- Exposure to construction, refurbishments, buildouts, or furniture installation is a plus.
- Experience with JBCC contracts
- Attention to detail, enthusiastic and a "hands-on" work ethic
