Identify & Manage resources to complete bids.
Preparing weekly bid calendar and ensuring timely completion of cost estimates.
Measure & Estimate drawings/plans and create turn-key cost estimates
Formulate Bill of Quantities- Tender/Quote requirements must be understood and accurately converted into Bill of Quantities.
Price all required materials, labour & plant
Resourcing, developing and maintaining information to gain better pricing on subcontractors, materials and services.
Obtain quotations from sub-contractors.
Place orders for all project requirements
Costing of bids on costing software - Billcost.
Create project timelines on MS Project following cost estimates
