Committed to sustainability and customer satisfaction, we are currently seeking a Jnr Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying functions on the project as directed by the Senior Quantity Surveyor.Requirements (Skills and Experience)
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3 Years' experience within the Civil Construction Industry
- CCS/Candy Experience
- Buildsmart System Experience
- FIDIC
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in working with large corporate entities
- Measurement records and monthly payment certificates
- Change management measurements and valuation
- Inputs to monthly cost reports, cash flows and budgets
- Cost Control functions
- Subcontract administration
- Correspondence and Recordkeeping
