Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator located in Centurion.
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- Experience with BOQ preparation and management
- Ability to produce cost reports and provide cost reporting insights
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and quantity surveying softwares (eg. CoS, Build Smart, WinQs)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
