Junior Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Our 14-year-old Fire Protection company seeks the team player of a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join us.
*Must reside in Cape Town when applying.
To provide accurate cost management, measurement, and financial control for fire protection construction projects -- ensuring projects are completed within budget, compliant with ASIB standards, and aligned with company profitability and quality objectives.
- Cost Estimation and Tendering
- Project Cost Control
- Contract Administration
- Procurement and Supplier Coordination
- Compliance and Reporting
Must be able to prove 2 to 4 years recent relevant experience.
Must have a valid driver's licence
Must have own reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From R21000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Cape Town, Western Cape 7800: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

quantity surveying : 1 year (Required)
