RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced JUNIOR QUALITY COORDINATOR for a well-established, growing concern, position based in Cato Ridge, Kwa-Zulu Natal.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Qualifications in Food Technology / Microbiology (essential).
Valid driver's license and own vehicle (essential).
Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
2-3 years work experience (1 - 2 years being in a Quality Control Environment).
Previous experience in food / pet food production and food safety.
ISO 9001 and HACCP knowledge.
Must be able to function in the full scope of manufacturing.
Knowledge of FSA Audit scope.
Broad knowledge of pet food and the pet food production process.
Experience working in a laboratory (advantageous).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work with a wide range of individuals.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
