Job Description

1. Check for potential tenders , newspaper , tenders on line , internet

2. Vet tender enquiry information

3. Attend site briefing sessions and compile report

4. Returnable documents , vet requirements

5. Package trades and send off to subcontractors

6. Update data base of subcontractors

7. Vet subcontractors quotes against BOQ

8. Enter subcontractors quotes on CCS , Subcontractor Adjudicator

9. On site measure of works for quotes , compile BOQ

10. Drivers license

11. Must be able to compile BOQ based on site scope of works

Site Works

1. Measure up scope of works verses BOQ verses Construction drawings

2. Compile variation information from Foreman

3. Compile minutes of subcontractor meetings

4. Labour and plant productive reports

5. Vet time sheets

6. Measurements of Labour Only works for payments

7. Compile RFI information from Foreman

8. Cutting list of materials , waste management

9. Compile cost reports on a weekly bases based on site progress

10. PONC - Price on non-conformance

11. Contra Charges reports
