? Your day-to-day:

- Support the planning and execution of exciting construction and maintenance projects.
p
- Keep timelines, budgets, and resources on track with sharp organisational skills.
p
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
p
- Uphold safety, quality, and environmental standards across the reserve.
p
- Conduct site inspections, keep accurate records, and report progress to senior management.
p
- Provide hands-on support to the lodge team in achieving operational goals.
p

- Previous experience in project management or site supervision (hospitality, construction, or reserve experience a big plus).

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

- Confident communicator who can collaborate across teams.

- Hands-on, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
p
- Reliable, professional, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
