Update and develop expediting registers from updates received from suppliers, OEM's and fabricators.
Coordinate and assist with logistics team to arrange timely shipment
Monitor and track all purchase orders, ensuring timely release, acknowledgement, and delivery of materials and equipment
Inform QC of all forecasted dates for final release
identify potential delivery delays
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules In line with approved work breakdown structures (WBS) in MS Project, aligned with project scope and engineering deliverables
Update and maintain project schedules with actual progress data and forecasting dates received from engineering, expeditor, procurement, OEM's and fabricators
Assist with resource loading, man-hour forecasting, and progress measurement
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience in expediting in an EPC environment, supported by a solid technical background.
Understanding of engineering project life cycles and execution methodologies
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
High attention to detail, structured working style, and deadline-driven mindset
