Job Summary Role: Site Agent (Junior Project Manager)
Location: Hermanus - Western Cape
Salary: R 10 000 - R 15 000
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret building plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations on construction sites.
- Lead a small team, providing guidance and support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Relevant experience
- Technical capabilities with the ability to read building plans.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good communication and public relations skills.
- Willingness to grow with the business and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
