We are seeking a

Junior Project Manager

who is eager to grow within the industry, support senior project managers, and play a key role in driving projects to success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing water and wastewater treatment projects from inception to completion. Support senior project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Liaise with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Contribute to project documentation, including technical reports, risk assessments, and compliance records. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. Assist with procurement processes, cost tracking, and invoice approvals. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

National Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering 1-2 years' experience in project support or coordination (experience in water treatment/engineering industry will be advantageous). 1-2 years experience in construction project management.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Ability to work well within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with strong attention to detail.
