Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager within the legal technology space to join our legal operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of the NetDocuments platform to meet the needs of our legal and compliance teams. This role requires a deep understanding of document management workflows, legal technology, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and maintain the NetDocuments platform for legal teams.
Design and optimize document management workflows, templates, and workspace structures.
Support user adoption by providing training, guidance, and documentation on NetDocuments features.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay current with NetDocuments updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
Assist in the integration of NetDocuments with other legal and business systems.
Develop automated solutions, scripts, and tools to improve document management efficiency.
Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies concerning document handling and storage.
Qualifications:
Experience with NetDocuments administration and configuration or similar.
Familiarity with document management systems, legal workflows, and compliance requirements.
Experience with process automation, scripting, or integrations (e.g., PowerShell, API, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security and compliance
