Job Description
As a Junior Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the Production Manager and Production Team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet our quality standards. This role requires a strong aptitude for problem-solving, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under high pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with Heat Treatment will be beneficial.
