Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
Assist with product strategy, roadmap updates, and KPI tracking
Conduct market and competitor research
Support alignment between product initiatives and business goals
Product Development
Contribute to product requirement gathering and delivery using Agile
Support process optimization using BPMN
Participate in user testing and feedback loops
Commercial Focus
Provide input into pricing and business model discussions
Assist with payments system integration and basic API understanding
Use data to inform product improvements and user engagement
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with engineering, marketing, and operations teams
Assist in coordinating go-to-market efforts
Support vendor and partner interactions

Contribute to process documentation and compliance

Minimum Requirements
1-3 years in product management, preferably in fintech
Exposure to B2B/B2C platforms
Basic understanding of BPMN and workflow tools
Interest in payments, APIs, and financial products
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Power BI, Jira, Miro, Figma
