About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Print Operator
with hands-on experience operatingXerox digital presses
. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced printing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Xerox digital print equipment Perform regular machine calibration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal output Review and prepare print files for production Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to meet standards Manage paper, toner, and finishing supplies Complete finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, and laminating when required Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Print Operator, specifically with Xerox digital presses Strong knowledge of digital printing processes and finishing techniques Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Good organizational and time-management skills Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
