Job Description
A leading Medical Aid is seeking a Junior Pre-Authorisation Consultant to join their HBM (Hospital Benefit Management) team.
Duties
:Working in a Call Centre, answering calls from Members and/or Service Providers Providing the necessary Pre-authorization, for hospitalization or clinical procedures, as per the Scheme Rules and member benefits.
Requirements:
Matric/Grade 12 Enrolled Nurse (SANC) A minimum of 5 years, working within a clinical hospital setting (ICU/Theatre/Trauma) Strong communication and writing skills (English) Computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook and Internet. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Strong negotiation skills Ability to work with people and be team player. Caring attitude and behavior.
