- Monitor production closely and keep accurate and concise information flowing within all stakeholders throughout the shift.
- Provide shift handover precisely ate the end of each shift.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is available for batch start up e.g.: works order, process
- Dip storage tanks as and when required.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards on the plant and ensure to report unsafe/deviations timeously.
- Ensure the effective commissioning and decommissioning of section or equipment to a specific state
- Raw material preparation, Road tanker loading & offloading, Isotainer loading, offloading & steaming
- Sampling of product & packing out product into flobins
- Ensure Effective response to abnormal process conditions
- Correct storage of equipment and stock.
- Grade 12
- Minimum 1/2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a chemical plant.
- Minimum qualification NQF3.
