Key Responsibilities
Develop sales forecasts & merchandise plans
Manage inventory levels and store allocations
Analyze market trends and product performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Monitor and report on financial targets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Retail
3-5 years of retail planning or inventory experience
Strong analytical, numerical & communication skills
Proficient in Excel and retail systems
