We are seeking a dynamic and driven Junior Operational Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in labour broking and human resources, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage operational processes effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Labour/Industrial Psychology.
• Matric.
• Valid driver's license.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in labour broking.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Operational Manager within a labour broking firm.
• Solid background in HR practices and processes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 5-10 teams with a total headcount of approximately 600 employees in Gauteng.
• Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Manage labour broking processes including recruitment, placement, and workforce management.
• Support HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet staffing and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and health & safety standards.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.
