About the Role:



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth day-to-day operations providing administrative, organisational, and clerical support to management and staff. This role is well-suited to someone who has a strong administrative background, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and bookings. Assist with data capturing and maintaining company records. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries. Support management with general administrative tasks and project coordination. Monitor and order office supplies and maintain office equipment. Ensure office procedures and policies are followed efficiently. Provide support with HR and payroll documentation when required.

Minimum Requirements:



Education:

Grade 12 (Matric) essential.

Experience:

Min 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Language:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
