Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with merchandising displays to ensure shelves look attractive and inviting. Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) to keep products fresh and up to standard. Track and report stock levels and assist with replenishment. Support promotional campaigns by setting up marketing materials and monitoring effectiveness. Gather insights on competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences. Work closely with store managers and staff to strengthen relationships. Provide feedback to the team on sales trends and product performance. Assist senior merchandisers in rolling out merchandising strategies across outlets. Always ensure compliance with company policies and liquor industry regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification:
NCV Level 4 inOffice Administration, Finance, IT, or any relevant field
. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management ability A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team. Willingness to travel to different outlets/stores if needed.Programme Details:
