About the Role

A well-established engineering firm is seeking two energetic and hands-on engineers to join it's project team. These roles are ideal for recent graduates (within the last 5 years) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who are eager to apply their skills in real-world projects. You'll work closely with senior engineers and leadership to review designs, identify improvements, and support project execution across industrial and mining sectors. This is a field-oriented role -- ideal for engineers who enjoy being on-site, solving problems in real time, and working with mechanical systems and air technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate engineering designs for HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems Assist in project management: planning, coordination, and execution Conduct site inspections, equipment checks, and system evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve design efficiency and execution Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance system performance and reliability Occasionally travel to client sites across South Africa and neighbouring countries

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (completed within the last 5 years) Strong interest or experience in HVAC systems, air quality control, or ventilation engineering Basic understanding of project management principles (formal training or practical exposure advantageous) Willingness to travel and work on-site in industrial environments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Hands-on attitude -- not suited for candidates seeking purely desk-based roles

Bonus Skills (Advantageous but not required)

Exposure to HVAC design, installation, or commissioning Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools Familiarity with industrial safety standards and inspection protocols

Pay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
