Job Summary Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of sheet metal projects, from initial design to final installation Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements, create project timelines, and allocate resources effectively Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction Work closely with production teams to ensure manufacturing processes align with project specifications and timelines Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports Assist in cost estimation, budget management, and resource allocation for each project Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality Skills & Experience: Minimum years 3 experience as a Project Manager Strong passion for project management and a desire to grow within the sheet metal industry Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and industry standards is a plus Qualification: BSc/ BEng/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
