Join a team at a leading Water and Chemical treatment company headquartered in Gauteng, with a dynamic opportunity for a Junior Mechanical Engineer in Randfontein. In this role, you will be responsible for executing designs on various plant components, including piping and structural elements, and devising innovative solutions for complex problems. Collaboration and networking with fellow engineers and professionals will be a key aspect of your work, ensuring that projects are executed within budget and delivered safely and efficiently, meeting deadlines. You will also contribute to the Drawing office's operations by managing design timelines, overseeing quality control and data pack creation for all projects. Additionally, your role will involve analyzing data and preparing comprehensive reports, as well as travel to project sites and client meetings to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• BEng Mechanical Engineer Completed
• Vaccination Certificate
• Valid ID
• Own vehicle and valid license
• Willing to work underground from time to time.
• No criminal record
• Clean bill of health xe2x80x93 medical screening
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Duties:

• Execute designs on piping, structural and other plant components.
• Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
• Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals.
• Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time.
• Manage budget of equipment and material ordered against proposed budget.
• Developing design prototypes.
• Execute CFD designs and review models to be correct.
• Assist the Drawing office including time management of designs.
• Assist all Engineers in design tasks.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
• Analyzing data to write up reports.
• Communicating with staff, directors, and clients.
• Manage Quality and quality data packs on all projects.
• Comply to the company SHEQ IMS (Integrated Management System)
