Responsible For
A Junior Mechanical Engineer supports by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems, working on tasks like creating CAD models, detail drawings, assisting with assessments and design, troubleshooting issues, and preparing technical reports, requiring a B.Eng / B.Tech degree and strong problem-solving/CAD skills for entry-level roles

• Design & Development: Assist in creating mechanical designs, 3D models (CAD), technical detail drawings, and technical reports
• Analysis & Testing: Perform basic engineering calculations, conduct fault investigations, and support testing of components and assemblies
• Project Support: Aid in project planning, material specification, process specification, fault finding and oversight
• Documentation: Compile technical reports, maintain engineering records, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO, etc.)
• Collaboration: Liaise with technical team, cross-functional teams, suppliers, and production personnel
• Configuration Control: Ensure technical information is maintained by use of ECR, revisions etc.
