Junior Marketing Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, highly organized, and ready to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. The marketing coordinator will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement campaigns, manage content, track performance, and ensure brand consistency.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across traditional channels
Coordinate content creation.
Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities
Maintain and update the marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies as needed
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning
Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines
Assist with administrative tasks
Qualifications:
1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
