We're looking for an energetic, hands-on FOH Junior Manager to join our team. If you've got solid restaurant floor experience, great people skills, and thrive in a busy service environment, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily FOH operations during service
Lead and motivate the waitstaff team
Maintain high service and hospitality standards
Assist with guest relations, table management, and smooth service flow
Handle opening/closing procedures
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and operational procedures
Work closely with senior management and kitchen leadership
Requirements:
Previous FOH supervisory / senior waiter experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Reliable, punctual, and confident in handling service challenges
Ability to guide and coach the team during busy shifts
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak trade days
