Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Opening file covers and organizing file contents.
  • Typing letters and documents.
  • Administrative duties.
  • General office admin.
  • Preparing documents for filing at the Patent office.
  • Preparing quotes and invoices on SAGE acounting.
  • General email correspondence with clients.
  • Monitoring incoming email, post and other correspondence.
  • Diary management.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric Qualification.
  • BA Law Degree.
  • Proficient in usage of computers (MS Word en Excel).
  • Very meticulous with document preparation.
  • Driver's license and own car.
  • Secretarial experience at law firm (would be advantageous).
  • Good personal and telephonic communication skills.
  • Presentable and professional.
  • Well-organised, dedicated and hardworking.
  • Attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: R10,000.00 per month
