A diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
At least 2 years experience in a similar role
A valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Great communication skills (written & spoken)
Computer literacy
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
What youll do:
Support our legal team with day-to-day admin and secretarial tasks
Prepare and format documents and correspondence
Keep diaries and filing systems up to date
Be the friendly point of contact for clients and colleagues
Jump in to assist wherever needed in the office
