Junior Legal Associate

Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Legal Associate to support a dynamic legal team in commercial, property, and construction matters. You'll assist with compliance, draft and review agreements, conduct legal research, and guide staff on legislative updates.

Requirements:
- LLB Degree and Admitted Attorney (1-2 years post-admission)
- Notary/Conveyancing experience advantageous
- Interest in real estate and construction
- Strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Support legal administration and compliance, including POPIA requirements.
- Draft and update policies and legal agreements.
- Assist with development projects, property acquisitions, and finance documentation.
- Conduct legal research and draft opinions for the Senior Legal Advisor.
- Ensure standardized documentation and governance compliance.
