Job Description
Junior Legal Advisor /Financial Services group based in Melrose. R50 000 to R65 000 per month. Superb role for an Admitted Attorney or soon to be admitted with some exposure to banking & finance / trade finance / cross-border deals. Be responsible for the drafting, reviewing and providing general counsel for the company which advises a private credit fund specialising in trade finance. Including drafting and implementing, legal documentation required by the business, including non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, participation agreements, contracts of engagement, service provider contracts, corporate resolutions, letters of demand, etc.
