We're looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our business relationships. You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
Achieving monthly regional sales budget by key account.
Managing 3rd party sales and merchandising agencies through monthly meetings and reporting thereof
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Good communication skills
