Junior technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Technician, located in V&A Cape Town. The Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and technical support. Knowledge and Experience

Understanding of pos system Pilot
Add and register users and waiters
Reporting management
Setup and manage pos database requests
Configure network and serial printers
Stock control and troubleshooting
Add recipes and costing provided by stores
POS day to day support (Pilotadvantageous)
Microsoft operating systems from Windows 11 up until Windows Server 2022 but not limited
Ability to build, maintain and repair computers, laptops and servers
Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN, VOIP, WAN, POS and LAN environments but not limited. Qualifications and Attributes
Punctual and Presentable
Strong work ethic and quick learner
Ability to work under pressure and motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT
NB.

Must have a valid driver's license
