Junior IT Systems Controller
KZN - Pietermaritzburg
Provide high-level support to the executive team, ensuring smooth administration of internal systems and operations
Responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and improve internal IT systems and office support platforms.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across business operations.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and system-based documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency.
- National Senior Certificate and degree/diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field advantageous.
- Experience in IT systems administration, automation, or process improvement.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with Syspro systems (advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to take ownership of systems.
- Basic financial understanding and numeracy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and own transport.
