Junior It Support Technician
Job Description
A national franchise company is looking for a candidate to fill our junior desktop technician post, based at our Pinetown head office.
The successful candidate must have the following:
Working knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking (Cat5e,Mikrotik, port forwarding, DNS), peripherals, email setup, and basic troubleshooting
Good client liaison skills
Neat, presentable, and organized - in appearance and within the work environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Punctual and reliable
Hard working and willing to learn
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Be a team player
Requirements, Specifications & Qualifications:
Valid South African Drivers License an advantage
Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
Minimum A+ N+ or similar preferable
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology - highly beneficial
Minimum 3 years experience supporting the IT Industry an advantage
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays
Salary: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
