Requirements
Purpose of Role:
The Junior IT Repair Technician will provide IT support for SPARK Schools. The incumbent will be responsible for fulfilling the delivery of IT support services at SPARK Schools Support Head Office for a company that is experiencing rapid growth. The successful applicant will need to have a good understanding of their abilities and limitations. This role is to monitor and maintain the technology infrastructure, uplink connectivity, wireless access, end-user devices and support services to enable staff to be effective in their work at the SPARK Schools Support Office.
The Junior IT Repair Technician will work within first and second-line support. The work is as much about understanding how information systems are used as applying technical knowledge related to computer hardware or software.
The role is based at the SPARK Support Office (Rosebank) full time and may be expected to report to various SPARK School locations as required.
