Job Description

We're looking for a Junior IT Desktop Technician who's ready to get stuck in and become the go-to problem solver across a mega motor group. In this role, you'll be the first line of defence when tech issues pop up, making sure desktops, laptops, and devices are running at their best. You'll also roll up your sleeves and tackle the "grunt work" that keeps everything moving, from setting up emails and creating logins to fixing program glitches and helping colleagues keep their systems up and running. To apply, you need to be young, helpful, and able to communicate confidently with all sorts of people. You should bring 1-2 years of experience in IT desktop support or in a IT technician role (motor industry experience would be a bonus but isn't essential), strong troubleshooting skills across both hardware and software, and a basic understanding of networks including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and IP, be capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and hold a valid driver license, as site visits may sometimes be required.

1-2 years of experience in IT desktop support or in an IT technician role
Strong troubleshooting skills
A basic understanding of networks
Fluent in English & Afrikaans, both verbal and written
A stable work history
