Junior It Desktop Support Technician
Job Description
Agricultural company based in Grabouw is looking for an Junior IT Desktop Support Technician to join their team and assist with Admin and IT related matters. The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of various IT support tools and applications. You will provide technical support to clients/customers, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, order, install and configure new equipment, as well as maintain the companys website, intranet, and IT documentation.
Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration.
IT knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
