Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and enhance production and packaging processes for efficiency and quality.
- Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data to support decision-making.
- Assist with drafting SOPs, process maps, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
- Present process improvement ideas and participate in strategic projects.
- BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering.
- 02 years experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of Lean principles or process optimization.
- Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented individuals.
