Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and selection (posting ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
Support payroll inputs, leave administration, and attendance records
Assist with disciplinary processes and employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, and company policies
Provide general HR administrative support as required
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field
0-2 years HR experience (internship or learnership accepted)
Basic knowledge of South African labour legislation
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Willingness to work night shifts
