Assist in ensuring the operational implementation and execution of the People strategy through effective HR practices across the division.
Qualifications: 1. Education:  
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required;  
2. Experience:  
 Minimum of 1- 2 years of HR experience  
3. Knowledge:  
 Microsoft Office proficiency required  
 Solid understanding of Labour legislation & HR practices  
4. Skills:  
 Ability to identify and implement innovative ways to support business strategy;  
 Ability to establish relationships and work effectively with diverse personalities and individuals at all levels of the organization;  
 Ability to interpret, synthesize, and analyze data to inform decision making;  
 Proactive and innovative with commitment to continuous learning and improvement;  
 Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders
Responsibilities: 1. People Strategy execution support  
 Take on projects if required in line with Strategic imperatives.  
 Drive successful People Strategy execution.  
2. Talent attraction and Engagement  
 Recruit suitable candidates through partnering with COE's and using effective recruitment and on-boarding techniques.  
 Effectively drive implementation of all Employee EXP and Engagement strategies.  
3. Talent Management & Training  
 Facilitate effective talent management processes within the division, through actively driving culture, values, training & development as well as performance management processes resulting in the retention and growth of good talent.  
 Collaborate & assist with the co-ordination of training in line with our Workplace Skills Plan.  
4. Compliance & Administration  
 Under guidance, execute employee relations processes within the business & ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to such as EE, OHSA, all labour related legislation.  
 Maintain & submit HR records to payroll (including onboarding docs, maternity leave, terminations, transfers, reporting line changes, LOA's etc.).  
5. Communication & Culture  
 Monitor the culture within the portfolio area and assist in executing group & divisional DNA & culture interventions.  
6. Management Support  
 Support the managers through guiding them in all recruitment & People related queries, ensuring consistent People practices.
