Job Description


Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR
  • Knowledge of SAP, and Sage
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management (Non-Negotiable)
Job Duties
  • Monthly payroll - to provide all information required for Payroll to our appointed Finance Consultant, timeously (e.g. new hires, terminations, overtime, commission, salary advances staff loans etc.)
  • Regulatory submissions (including IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)
  • Managing electronic timekeeping system or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets, in conjunction with all departments.
  • Monitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: liaising with recruitment agents for vacancies within the company and setting up interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Employee Relations: support in the administrative requirements relating to employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Administration: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to data analysis e.g. monitoring disciplinary action reporting
  • Administration and assistance of general staff queries.
  • Assist with any ad hoc requests from management.
Salary
R 12 000 and R15 000
