Job Summary
JUNIOR HOTEL-SPA THERAPIST (all-rounder Skin & Body confident)
WILDERNESS - GARDEN ROUTE, Western Cape (ZA)
START: A.S.A.P / 01 August 2025
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday - Sunday (including public holidays)
- 09:00 - 18:00
- Rotate open & close + days off
REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R7,500 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (based on highest qualification / industry experience)
- Commission (Treatment & Retail) 4% - 14% sliding scale
- Medical Aid Contribution (Discovery)
- Provident Fund Contribution (5%)
- Staff meal - when on duty
- Company transport (various pick-up locations around George)
- Matric
- CIDESCO Diploma / ITEC Diploma
- Diploma obtained from an accredited training provider
- Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
- At least 2+ years Spa Therapy employment experience (after graduation)
- Strong understanding of massage, facials, waxing, and body treatments
- Product knowledge of luxury skincare brands
- Confident in recommending and upselling treatments and retail products
- Excellent grooming and personal presentation
- Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Additional Competencies:
- Punctual, reliable, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow within the spa environment
- Good communication skills
