Our client who is based in Morningside has a wonderful opportunity that handles through the line (TTL) Retail Media Solutions as well as Out of Home Media solutions. A dynamic, creative team offers full project management, turnkey solutions from concept, design, production, through to implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Access email and take care of any quick replies
• Check the tasks that must be completed and make a game plan
• Plan your day and be ready
• Attend relevant meetings xe2x80x93 internal/external
• Prioritise Retail Briefs from Sales
• Study the brief and determine requirements
• Fully understand the goals of each brief.
• Design all projects as directed
• Conceptualise and create new designs
• Follow Brand guidelines.
• Be proactively involved with design with the intent of assisting the sales force acquire new business and maintain an excellent standard with current business
• Do Mock-ups
• Communicate with sales based on the brief requirements
• Feedback on work done so far and update the ETA.
• Report back by asking sales for clarification.
• Submit for approval
• DTP xe2x80x93 Review the final design for errors prior going to print
• Update Planner
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients and suppliers
• Conceptualize, maintaining and creating presentations
• Creating a wide range of graphic and layouts for products, logos etc
• Acquiring design artwork and guidelines from clients
• Acquiring sign off from clients before repo
• Send all artwork to printers- print ready
• Compiling, Maintaining and Updating all template sizes
• Providing artwork sizes to sales force for quoting timorously
• Quality checking final delivered elements
• Updating of weekly reports
• Updating / meeting KPIxe2x80x99s that are set out for the quarter
• Billboard and other advertising media mock-up and repro

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Have a valid Driverxe2x80x99s License (code 08) and own transport
• Have a roadworthy motor vehicle at all times.
• Must be fully computer literate in MS Office
• Must be proficient with Adobe design programs Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dimension, Acrobat, After Effects & Media Encoder with relevant qualifications.
• Must be able to take campaign from concept through to print.
• Must be able to work on a MAC
• Must have repro experience
