We are looking for a team player with great interpersonal and leadership properties. A passion for food and beverage and ability to connect with guests and staff alike. You would be responsible for maintaining our ethos and high level of service.
Coordination of daily restaurant operations
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer compliments and complaints
Organize and supervise waiter, runner and bar shifts
Manage a dedicated portfolio
Train employees on proper customer service practices
Self motivated and willingness to go above and beyond
We will need you to have
At least 2 years full-service restaurant management
Flexibility in working hours (evenings included) and willingness to cover shifts as needed
