Job Summary Junior Food & Beverage Assistant A well-established four-star hotel is seeking a Junior Food & Beverage Assistant to join its professional and guest-focused hospitality team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop their skills within a high-standard hotel environment. Role Overview The Junior Food & Beverage Assistant will support the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and conference and banqueting areas. The successful candidate will assist in delivering consistently high levels of service while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, setup, and service of food and beverages Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas in line with hotel standards Support senior team members during busy service periods and events Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures Assist with room service, functions, and events as required Handle guest enquiries in a polite and professional manner Candidate Profile Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn and develop within the hospitality industry Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends Previous hospitality experience in a similar role (4/5* environment) is essential How to Apply Please submit your CV and a recent profile photograph through the application portal.
